TDC-F1 Common Mode | |||||
| In
common mode the TDC-F1 works as a standard START-STOP TDC with 1 Start input and
8 or 4 STOP inputs. The Measurement range is 7.2 µs in normal resolution
and 3.6 µs in high resolution. The number of hits per channel depends on
the hit rate and is at minimum 7 hits per channel. The total measurement rate
is about 1 million measurements per second. The resolution of the TDC-F1 is fixed by resolution adjust mode. Thanks to an integrated PLL regulation circuit together with an external simple voltage regulation circuit the resolution is fixed quartz-accurately and does no longer depend on temperature and supply voltage. | |||||
