2-Channel TDC - 250 ps Resolution

The TDC GP1 is a universal 2-channel multi-hit time-to-digital converter that has proven successful for several years. The 2-channel TDC GP1 can be operated in calibrated mode or resolution-adjust mode, both offering results that are stable with temperature and voltage variations.

TDCThe TDC GP1 offers 4 extra ports that can measure capacities, resistance, and inductance. The TDC GP1 represents a cost effective TDC solution for many applications. Due to ultra low current, this TDC is perfect for battery powered devices.

  • 8 events on 2 channels can be compared - negative times can be measured
  • TDC resolution can be adjusted by software in resolution adjust mode
  • Ports can measure capacities, coils or resistors
  • Variable edge sensitivity of the measuring inputs
  • Internal ALU for the TDC calibration of the measurement result
  • 24 bit multiplication unit enables TDC results to be scaled
  • Wide range reference clock of 500 KHz - 35 MHz
