Time to Digital Converter - TDC GPX

The TDC GPX time to digital converter is the ideal TDC to measure time of flight for medical and physics applications. As the most powerful member the Acam family, the GPX multifunctional architecture was designed for high single-shot resolution, best pulse-pair resolution, and high measurement rates. The TDC-GPX realizes a huge step forward in measuring time of flight based on time to digital converters.

 

GPX ChipWith 4 different operation modes, 8-channel with 32-fold multi-hit capability and a resolution down to 10 ps, the TDC GPX is perfectly suited for Time of Flight, industrial, physics, and medical applications demanding high performance and precision.
